We think this is the perfect sized Airstream — not too big and not too small! All the space one needs, and yet not difficult to tow. The unique corner kitchen has a wonderful double sink, and LOTS of counter space for food preparation. The propane stove has three burners and an oven. The refrigerator runs off 110v AC or propane (which makes it ideal for dry camping). The full bed is extremely comfortable, and longer than the average full sized bed, with hampers on both ends of the bed, LED reading lights, and USB ports. The dinette converts to a bed that can sleep two. There is ample storage throughout the Airstream: under the bed, in the wardrobe, under the dinette, and in the overhead cabinets and pantry. We found that we could dry camp for 5 days at a stretch.
Extras include Equalizer sway control hitch and bars, stone guard and wrap protectors, two new (Jan 2020) deep cell batteries, new surge protector, Flowjet portable macerator (new in box), and all necessary hoses. We also purchased 3 new Goodyear Endurance tires this October (one for a spare), and a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) but have not installed them (will include with purchase). We purchased 3 new Goodyear Endurance tires this October (one for a spare), and a TPMS but have not installed them (will include with purchase). We lovingly cared for and maintained this Airstream, and all systems are functioning well. The only cosmetic imperfection is a 10-12″ scrape on the rear bumper (unknown origin). We were only able to enjoy our Airstream for 8 weeks this year. We have priced this competitively at $58,000, as our lives have changed and we are making adjustments in retirement.
The Airstream Flying Cloud 20′ weight is 4271 pounds (empty).
