Exterior Condition Description:: The exterior is in very good shape. The exterior has been regularly washed and waxed. No hail damage. One kitchen stack window was replaced.

Aluminum Body Panels:: All original body panels.

Filaform Damage?: None

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Two Fantastic Fans, one in the front and one near the rear. Both work well.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: Exterior hatches are excellent. The storage compartment lock is upgraded with a chromed steel lock replacing the cheap plastic one. All keys are available.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : All windows are in excellent condition as well as the seals.

Entrance Door: : Entrance door is in excellent shape. The kick guards on the screen door are are in excellent shape. Locks all work and two key sets available.

Awnings – Location and Condition:: The main Zip Dee awning is manual and over the curb side of the trailer. It is in excellent condition and works very well.

Front A-Frame Condition:: Excellent and maintained yearly by cleaning any rust and being repainted with Rustoleum

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Rear bumper and exposed frame is in excellent condition.

Frame Condition:: Frame condition is good with no visible signs of weakness or rust.

Sub Floor:: Sub-floor overall is in good shape. There is one “squeaky” area in front of the bathroom door.

Belly Pan: : The belly pan is original and intact. There are no damaged or loose sections.

Interior Layout and Condition:: The interior layout is an East-West walk around RV Queen in the front, wardrobe closets and drawers between the bedroom and the galley/dinette area. The full dry bath is in the rear with a full shower, lavatory, and porcelain toilet. No repairs made nor required.

Dinette Style and Location:: The dinette area has been modified with a pull-out retractable wood table, extra wood storage drawer, and better seating arrangement. See photos.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Rear bath with separate shower. All figures in excellent shape and operating condition

Pets? : A non-shedding Standard Poodle has traveled with the trailer.

Sleeping Areas?: Total sleeping capacity is two. Front bedroom, walk around RV Queen. Mattress topper added and included.

Floor Coverings:: Original vinyl floor covering throughout. One spot in the galley. that looks like the original owner dropped a knife. Some glue spotting in the bathroom.

Stove and Oven:: Original 3-burner propane cooktop with oven, range hood light and vent. External plastic range fan vent cover replaced with stainless steel vent cover.

Refrigerator:: Dometic RM2554 2-way (AC and LP) 5.3 cu ft refrigerator with freezer

Furnace / Space Heater:: Dometic Atwood 18,000 BTU Furnace with electronic ignition. Ducted Forced Air.
