Exterior Condition:

* Professionally washed and waxed (Walbernize) most recently in August 2025.
* All systems function as they should.
* The structural frame is solid, with no separation, or damage. All hatch covers, seals, keys, and locks are in place and working properly. The front A-frame and rear bumper are structurally sound.
* Camper has been stored under cover, or fully enclosed, out of the elements, for the life of the trailer when not being used for occasional family vacations
* Cosmetic dents on the body and rock guards – these are minimal and hardly noticeable

Interior Condition:
