The original layout and self-contained luxury of this 30′ Classic airstream is perfect for short or long term trips or as a permanent home. The rear queen bed has electric elevations for easy reading, watching tv or just relaxing. The living area at the front is roomy and very comfortable with a reclining couch nice for lounging or watching tv and sleeps two. The dinette lowers and raises electronically and sleeps two small children. Easy to clean vinyl flowering throughout.

The exterior of the trailer is in great condition with no leaks. It is regularly maintained and sealed once a year. A stainless steel exterior shower is an added bonus. The front power awning is great for sun protection as well as the manual awnings located on the rear and side. The Domeric air conditioning and heating units are located on the roof with the control panel inside. Both work wonderfully. The AS is also equipped with Alde central heat.
All appliances ( fridge, propane stovetop/oven, microwave/convection oven are in great working order as is the shower and toilet. There is ample storage inside and out.

The water heater, front awning tube and two shades need replacement. There is wear and tear on the ultra leather sofa and dinette benches.
