We are the second owners of this beautiful 2018 Basecamp. The first owners traded it in for something larger. We bought it in March 2022 to be a workspace for my husband/sleep space for us while we cohabitated with family for six months. Last March it had a full inspection by the Airstream dealership. We have used it dry, it has not been filled with water and the tanks have not been used. There was one recall on the air conditioner, which we had Airstream’s service department service in October and we have the paperwork for it. (Simple swapping out of screws).

The basecamp heats great when it’s cold (down into the 30’s) and the AC is incredible during extremely hot weather (90s-100). We have only used it connected to shorepower, but you certainly could boondock!

There are a few dings, scratches from the first owner. One on the counter when you first walk in. There is also a black mark about two inches long up near the basket. The nets on the rear door are also stretched out but they could be repaired or replaced. Lastly, there is a dent on the lower right door from the door stopper. These are all small cosmetic things, but we want to be transparent!

We are selling the basecamp with the Anderson Weight Distribution Hitch, Wireless back up camera and two twin latex toppers. When we slept in it, we made the bed, placed the toppers down and used a king sheet over the toppers. This worked great for us and our three year old. We typically sleep on a memory foam mattress and we were very comfortable on the latex topper.

We have attached pictures, the microwave is now tucked away in the cabinet. We have been storing it in a garage for the past six months. We are only selling because we no longer need it.
After talking to multiple dealerships the price of our basecamp is $38,500 by itself.

The Anderson WDH was just over $1,000 for parts and install and is currently attached to the frame of the basecamp so we will sell it with the basecamp.
