Purchased new, used less than 2 weeks a year, mostly in our driveway. No pets, kept clean, and stored under cover. Only blemish in aluminum is rear left quarter panel visible in photo. No blemishes on seats/interior. It has a DVD/TV/microwave/Refrigerator/Oven/Stove. The tires are fine. It is stored in Vancouver WA. Added options include sway bars/hitch and wireless trailer brakes/controller. Love it, just am not using it enough to justify keeping it.
