EXTERIOR CONDITION:
Sojourn is in very good condition for its age. The aluminum body panels are all original with no replacements, and there is no hail damage or filiform damage. The only blemishes are two minor dimples on the rear, door side of the trailer and some small, normal-use dimples on the stainless steel sacrificial rock guard panels on the front of the trailer.

INTERIOR LAYOUT & CONDITION:
The interior of this Airstream 25 Flying Cloud is in great condition with TRUFFLE-colored furnishings and LANDMARK wood. The dinette folds down to a bed, and the bench seating extends to provide another sleeping area. The bathroom is located in the street-side center with a separate shower on the camp-side. All fixtures are original and functioning.

APPLIANCES & SYSTEMS:
This trailer comes equipped with a Propane 3-burner stove and oven, 7 Cu. Ft. 2-Way Auto Refrigerator, 15,000 BTU Ducted AC w/Heat Pump, 25,000 BTU Furnace, Convection Microwave, Backup Camera, and Airstream factory-installed Solar System with two Deep Cycle Coach AGM Batteries. It also has a 1000-watt inverter, and the converter has been upgraded to a 4-phase Boondocker.

TIRES, BRAKES & HITCH:
The original ST225/75 R15 E Goodyear Endurance tires and rims were upgraded to LT225/75 R16 Michelin Agilis Crossclimate tires and rims. The hubs, brakes, and adjusters were completely replaced on all four wheels at Airstream of Tampa in January 2020. It also comes with an Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/4-Point Sway Control.

Ownership History: We purchased the trailer new from Colonial Airstream in New Jersey. We are the only owners to date.
Why did you select this model?: We liked the layout and the length. It is a great “couple” unit for exploring National and State Parks. The twin beds give more interior room in the trailer and additional storage in the exterior compartments.
Why are you selling?: We love our Airstream named Sojourn and have enjoyed it immensely, but we are looking for a little more room and want to try an Arctic Fox 5th wheel for remote boondocking.

Exterior Condition Description:: The trailer is in very good condition for its age. There are no damaged panels except for two very small, minor dimples on the rear, door side of the trailer where a step ladder fell against it. Also, there are some small, normal-use dimples from stones on the stainless steel sacrificial rock guard panels on the front of the trailer.
Hail Damage?: None
Aluminum Body Panels:: All are original with no replacements.
Filaform Damage?: None that we know of.
Roof Vents and Skylights: : There are roof vents in both the bathroom and shower that are functioning and in good shape. There are two Fantastic Fans in the bedroom and in the kitchen dinette. The Fantastic Fans are in good working order. There is a skylight in the kitchen dinette area also.
Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All Exterior hatch cover and locks are in good condition and have two sets of keys.
Windows, Seals and Operators: : All windows, seals and operators are in good condition and working.
Entrance Door: : No damage and in good working order. The lock and latch are working well. There are two sets of keys for the two door keys.
Awnings – Location and Condition:: The trailer has the optional rear and street-side awnings in addition to the standard camp-side awning. They are manual and operating. All are in good condition.
Front A-Frame Condition:: In good condition and working as designed. No repairs have been needed.
Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: There is no damage or rust and it is structurally sound
Frame Condition:: Appears to be in good condition and structurally sound.
Sub Floor:: Appears to be in good condition with no noted soft spots, gaps or holes.
Belly Pan: : The belly pan is all original and has no noted issues.
Interior Layout and Condition:: The trailer is an Airstream 25 Flying Cloud 2018 Rear Bedroom Twin (FC 25RBT). The color is TRUFFLE and the wood is LANDMARK. It is in good condition and ready for use. No major repairs have been done. A trim piece was added to the frame of the bathroom door to better match the wall.
Dinette Style and Location:: The dinette is as original. It folds down to a bed and one section of the bench seating extends to provide another bed. The table surface is laminate.
Bathroom Location and Style:: The bathroom is on the street-side center with a separate shower on the camp-side. All fixtures are original and functioning.
Smoking? : No
Pets? : Yes, a small dog traveled with us.
Sleeping Areas?: Airstream suggests that it will sleep 6, but to be honest, that would be quite close quarters. We never had more than 3 sleeping in it.
Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: It has the original, Airstream-supplied mattresses and bedding. They are in good condition showing normal use.
Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: It has the original, Airstream-supplied cushions, fabrics and upholstery. They are in good condition showing normal use.
Curtains and Blinds: : It has the original, Airstream-supplied curtains and blinds. They are in good condition showing normal use.
Interior Walls: : They are original. No repairs and in good condition.
Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : They are original. No repairs and in good condition. Some latches have needed to be adjusted/replaced due to normal use. OME parts were used.
Floor Coverings:: The floor cover is original vinyl with no repairs needed.
Stove and Oven:: Propane 3 burner w/oven in camp-side center. Convection microwave over refrigerator on street-side center.
Refrigerator:: 7 Cu. Ft. 2-Way Auto Refrigerator.

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: The plumbing is original with no known problems. The water pump has been replaced and flexible connections added to reduce pump noise.
Hot Water Heater:: 6 Gallon LP/Electric Water Heater – XT series. Mixing values has been replaced with OME part.
Sinks and Taps: : The sinks and taps are all original and in good working order.
Toilet:: Ceramic RV type with foot pedal, original and in good working order.

Fresh Water Tank:: Original 39 gallon capacity in good condition.
Gray Water Tank: Original 37 gallon capacity in good condition.
Black Water Tank:: Original 39 gallon capacity in good condition.
Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: All operating and in good condition. Pressure-regulated water connection was replaced with a new OME fitting in January 2023.
Air Conditioner:: Single, original 15,000 BTU Ducted AC/Heat Pump with Electronic Control. The original circuit board was replaced by a certified service technician in January 2020.
Electrical Service:: 30 amp shore power service with two connection points. The system is the original electrical service.
Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: Airstream factory-installed Solar System with two Deep Cycle Coach AGM Batteries. The trailer has a 1000-watt inverter and the converter has been upgraded to a 4-phase Boondocker.

Brakes and Bearings:: The hubs, brakes and adjusters were completely replaced on all four wheels at Airstream of Tampa in January 2020. This was due to a failure in one adjuster causing problems with one hub. To assure that the system worked together and had the same age, all were replaced with OME parts.
Emergency Breakaway Cable / Safety Chains:: All in place and working.
