Exterior Condition Description:: Excellent condition, rock guards have normal wear. Front upper corner panels replaced under warranty due to clear coat peeling. Pressure leak testing done October 2022. All windows tightened, roof sealant done on roof for vents. Routine maintenance.

Front A-Frame Condition:: good condition, no damage with normal wear. Power jack works

Interior Layout and Condition:: 27 FB twin with Grand Lounge conversion. Excellent condition. All conversions of Corian and laminate match factory original materials. Corian added to bedroom night stand. The bathroom counter and sink were converted to Corian. A drop down table was added to the kitchen counter to expand work space. The grand lounge table and seating have multiconfigurations for eating, sleeping and relaxing. The Tables seat 6. The cabinet addition in the conversion added 2 deep drawers, 2 upper drawers, and 2 lower flip out storage spaces. The Corian and laminate match the factory original. There are storage lockers under the seating areas. Storage areas under the twin bed as per original model design. Bathroom storage and mirror as per original model design. There is a large pullout pantry and large clothes closet with 2 hanging closets at the foot of the twin beds. Aluminum framed Rooflockers in galley and in bedroom with translucent sliding doors and rice paper design. Satin Nickle and black accent lights. LED focus lights above each twin bed.
