But….This one has overcome a manufacturer defect with a rivet at a rear window leaking since the time of fabrication. Airstream, Inc. warranty covered all repairs… all work was done by certified Airstream Techs and we essentially got back an even better built Airstream with a custom gray floor which looks much better than the original light wood slat look! So, it’s even better than new now! As some of you may know, buying a brand new Airstream leads to a year or so of working out the issues and taking it back to the dealership multiple times to work out whatever kinks your Airstream has…. and they all have some!
