It’s in excellent condition and the price includes the side and rear tents ($1800 value) that have never been used. Also included is a 10′ sewer hose with a sidewinder hose support, fresh water hose, water filter, water pressure regulator, 30 amp surge protector and 30 to 15 amp electrical adaptor.
