This Airstream is the right size for someone who does not want to drive a huge truck to tow their trailer. Airstream named this trailer the Flying Cloud due in part to the extra light tongue weight, (less than 500 Lbs.on the hitch) and the dual axels makes towing the trailer a pleasurable experience. This can be comfortably hauled by a lighter truck or SUV towing vehicle.
If the crowd needs to come inside to escape the weather, then there is plenty of room in the cabin to lounge. There is a TV which is cable ready and plays DVDs through the onboard surround sound system. Certainly, one could unwind at the u-shaped dining table area or maybe rest on the memory foam queen sized bed and snooze or read a favorite novel. The table can be converted into added bed space. The kitchen area has all the appliances needed for creating a meal or warming up a quick snack such as a 3-burner propane stove / oven combo, a microwave and a large refrigerator that runs on propane or electric. There is plenty of storage as well as a pantry area for storing needed supplies. The bath area has ample room and a separate shower.
The added solar panel provides a trickle charge to the batteries in the event the need arises to go off grid.
This is a true example of a lightweight luxury yet rustic adventure that Airstream has to offer at a comparatively respectable price.
