Exterior Condition Description:: Very good exterior condition. Roof vents have been re-caulked. One dent just below right rear window which did not affect structure.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : No missing or damaged windows. All operate well.

Entrance Door: : No damage. Latch and lock in good condition. Two sets of all keys.

Awnings – Location and Condition:: Three manual awnings… small side, small rear, and large door-side. All fabric in very good condition and all operate well.

Front A-Frame Condition:: No damage or rust.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: No damage or rust. Structurally sound.

Frame Condition:: Structurally sound. No signs of rust, weakness, or separation.

Interior Layout and Condition:: Interior in very good condition. Front bedroom queen walk around bed (runs east/ west). No repairs performed or ever required.

Dinette Style and Location:: Rear dinette with table in place (folds down for transition to bed.) Surface material matches countertop.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Center bath. Full bathroom with toilet and vanity. Separate shower center across the hall. All fixtures are original and in good operating condition.

Sleeping Areas?: Airstream says total sleeping capacity is 6 adults. I would say 4-5. Front Queen bed/ bedroom. slide out extension for sofa bed. Fold down table for dinette double bed.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: Custom foam mattress for queen bed. 4 years old. Very comfortable as it matches the high end mattress made for our bed in the house.

Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: All original cushions with ivory upholstery. No wear or tear.

Curtains and Blinds: : All original blinds in very good condition and appearance. All operate well.

Interior Walls: : All original walls in original/ very good condition with no damage.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : Original cabinets, doors, and counters all in very good condition.

Floor Coverings:: Original linoleum in very good condition.

Stove and Oven:: Three burner gas stove. Convection oven underneath.

Refrigerator:: Electric and gas refrigerator. NS of make/ model. It was standard when purchased.

Furnace / Space Heater:: Forced air gas furnace. Also heat pump.

Other Appliances:: Convection oven/ microwave built in. Back up camera installed but not operating correctly.

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: Original plumbing in very good condition. No current or past leaks. No repairs.

Hot Water Heater:: Tank water heater cam standard when bought. NS what model and capacity. Age would be age of trailer. Gas and electric.

Sinks and Taps: : Original sinks and taps. All in very good operating condition with no leaks or issues.

Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: All hook ups working well with all valves in very good condition.

Air Conditioner:: Two Air Conditioner units (this was an upgrade to the 25FBQ when purchased.) Age matches that of trailer and both are in very good condition. Heat pump works. No soft start function — trailer is for 50amps to run both ACs, but can run one on 30amp.

Electrical Service:: 50amp original connection. One connection point. Will come with dogbone to 30 amp and power meter/ breaker.

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: Original solar panels roof mounted. Two batteries, both from 2020 and in very good condition.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:: Original sound system. No airstream connect or booster updates.
