Why did you select this model?
We really liked the U-shaped table seating for meals and entertaining, but primarily we bought this model for the enclosed shower in the bathroom. We did not like the shower opening into the hall of most units.

Why are you selling?
We have reached the age where we are no longer comfortable towing.

Interior Layout and Condition:
Rear bed twin, which is ideal as you have nice views out the back. The middle window has an added shade, making it easier to open everything to the outdoors than opening just the drapes. Plus, we have 22 windows/skylights for great views and light.

Dinette Style and Location:
U-shaped with very comfortable cushions. We usually only had ½ the table up as it gave us more lounging room.

Bathroom Location and Style:
Bathroom is a true room with an enclosed shower. Everything is in good condition. We did not like the showers that opened into the hall. The bathroom has a window and a vent fan.

Pets:
Yes, we have a border collie.

Sleeping Areas:
Total probably 4 as the dinette will sleep two. Everything is in great shape and comfortable.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:
Original mattresses, excellent condition, foam padding, mattress pads, and easy to negotiate getting in and out—hence the twins.

Interior Soft Surfaces – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:
Everything original and in A1 condition. We used Beddys on our beds, so the original decorator items like spreads and pillows have been stored.

Curtains and Blinds:
Upgraded shades wherever we could, like vent fans and the curved windows front and back.

The sound system is great, as is the DVD player. We have enjoyed the 2 televisions and especially liked the food/spice pantry. There was plenty of storage for us. We will leave the coated coat hangers and the storage boxes for clothes as they fit the shelf nicely.
