Thanks for looking at our posting. We are nearing retirement, anxious to pursue more full time living on the road and looking to purchase a 33′ Classic. That being said, we are offering our 2019 30′ RB Classic. It is stored in a climate controlled fully covered garage in the Houston area year round with humidity controlled at <45%. It has approx 20,000 miles, towed easily with a Ford F150. Dry weight is 7992 lbs with max gross listed at 10,000. We've checked weights and balances at 9,600 lbs, stabilized with the Equalizer stabilization bars and done very well on the road on the mountains. The interior and exterior are well kept and have no defects. All powered systems are fully functional. Had annual inspection, maintenance and lubrication performed at Holiday World in Katy, Tx in June 2024. All maintenance records are available for your perusal. Relatively new Michelin 225 tires, and new spare tires with aluminum frames included. New 12 V AGM batteries maintained in storage on trickle charger. Solar panels x 3 generate about 225w. Teak wood shower floor custom for this model. AV equipment, remote monitoring of systems available via Airstream app. Lastly, Italian Fiamma bike rack installed in rear carries two bikes.
