We love our Basecamp but we have downsized to a van
15,000 miles on the Basecamp
Stored under a carport with covers to protect the tires, non-smokers, never rented or borrowed, no leaks, no mold, no pests
Title in hand, all original paperwork / owners manuals included
Warranty has expired

Very good condition, super clean, and has been meticulously maintained
All of the recall items have been resolved through Airstream Adventures, including the recent door window replacement.
Records/receipts of all of our visits are included
There is nothing that requires fixing

Our Upgrades:

2 – 100 Amp Hour Lithium batteries – installed by Airstream Adventures
Victron Smart Shunt battery monitor – the work was checked by AM Solar company in Springfield, OR
Victron MPPT 75/15 solar Charge Controller (improves efficiency of roof solar panels) – installed by AM Solar
Extensive sealing of holes to prevent rodent entry – done by Airstream Adventures
Auxillary 12 volt power plug was installed by us at the back, street side of the trailer
Option to reduce bed by 1/3rd to create 2-seat banquette and small table
Hand built custom wood table, stock table is also included
Dometic Vent cover (allows trailer Fantastic Fan vent to be open and used in rain), cover is easy to remove when needed.
New sewer line storage tube with a door that is much easier to open (game changer for me!)

Fresh water tank capacity is 22 gallons
Grey/Black (combined tank) is 29 gallons
Water system has hard plumbed line to pump anti freeze for easy winterization.

Notes of minor damage:
There is one small nick on the rock protector, street side window and one small nick on the exterior (from a rock, likely). A small nick on the counter top, and the sock cord from one of the nets on the back door came unattached from the door. Photos can be shared on request.
