Bought new by us at Albany RV. 23FBQ -Flying Cloud – front Queen. Used as extra space at our camp in the Adirondacks – so minimal road wear. It was brought up yearly – May-October – for 3 years – round trip 600 miles. Maybe a total of 1,800 miles. Very clean. The kitchen stove was never used since it was right next to the camp with a full kitchen. Excellent used condition. No smoking and no pets ever.
