This lovely lady has barely been used as guest quarters on our farm. Stored outside, but we have kept the roof and systems clean. We are only selling because we are downsizing. No smokers. Inside is pristine except for small stains on the back of the curtains from miller moths. Kitchen in pristine shape, almost never used. 3 burner gas stove with oven, Dometic fridge.
