Condition

Everything is in good working order, and we’re happy to demonstrate all major systems during your inspection.

Honest Disclosure: After winterizing, we accidentally had a localized water leak that resulted in a cosmetic stain in one section of the flooring. The source of the leak was immediately identified and corrected, and there has been no recurrence. The floor is solid, the area is completely dry, and we are happy to demonstrate this using our Klein moisture meter during your inspection. The discoloration is cosmetic only and does not affect the structural integrity or operation of the trailer.
