What is the difference between a Bambi and a Caravel?
There are many differences, but the main ones that made a difference for us when we decided to purchase the Caravel over the Bambi were:
– inclusion of rear polished bumper and stainless steel rock guards
– the Quietstream ducted A/C, which really did cool the camper quickly on hot summer days
– powered hitch jack and heavy duty stabilizer jacks
– additional shock absorber with torsion suspension & Nev-R-Lube bearings
– Ultraleather seating cushions vs Performatex
– Sunbrella fabric for the awnings
– while we didn’t watch many movies on our trip, when we did, the JL stereo with surround sound speaker system w/ subwoofer was amazing (especially for Marvel movies!)

We loved traveling with the 16 foot trailer. It was easy to pull and navigate gas stations, and we could back it into just about any campsite available.

Reason for Selling: The sabbatical is over, and with our schedule of kids soccer and softball games we don t foresee being able to use it enough to justify keeping it.
