well maintained like new condition. No damage, tear or wear.

I upgraded the old school Magnum 1000w inverter to a modern Xantrex 3000w and rewired the circuit so the microwave can be used on battery power. (it’s kind of dumb to fire up the generator just to use the microwave for a few minutes, as previously on Airstream setting). Can also power a household coffee machine with ease (usually 1000-1200w) i bring my Nespresso machine with me all the time when I travel. no need to use the generator.

The tanks are always emptied and flushed after each use.

RVs are notoriously known for many initial issues, only time and after some usage you will find the issues.

The van just came back from Airstream for a few minor fixes all taken care of under warranty. Any new RV will probably go through some sort of issues after some use, and this van has got just enough usage to work everything out.

All fixed / replaced
* grey tank heating pad loose (replaced)
* bathroom fan blade (replaced)
* black tank leak (replaced)
* galley drain leak (repaired)
* electric sliding door malfunction (fixed under MB warranty, Airstream had to disassemble the bathroom for MB to fix it, and discovered a leak at the black tank)
* Victron charger not set properly for lithium battery (properly set)
* Rear side skirt loose / not mounted properly (fixed)
* Middle side skirt hitting exhaust pipe (replaced)

The coach is good as new, if not better than new.
