2021 was the first year of the upgraded and durable flooring, modern cabinetry and durable leather seating with grey/neutral color palate, as well as squared kitchen sink. Also the first year with a tankless water heater. Includes combo Convection Oven/Microwave, three burner cook top with vent, refrigerator & freezer. 30 AMP service. Ceiling vented fans in both toilet & shower. Two multi setting ceiling fans (one front one rear), Heat pump, furnace and air conditioning all run off thermostat. Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. Two tvs, DVD player. Electric jack (this will quickly become one of your favorite features!!) Original pillows and bed quilts, never used. There are no exterior dings, scratches, accidents of any kind. We’ve walbernized it twice (the Airstream equivalent of wax) and kept it away from pine trees!There is normal wear and tear of usage with some interior cabinet marks from travel. Minimal. Wallpaper is Rifle Paper Co., pattern: menagerie. Peel & stick so removable.
Approximately 8000 miles of usage.

The Airsrteam is currently fully winterized so can be stored as is until you’re ready to use her! (Both batteries have been removed and are on trickle chargers in our basement.)
