This was a huge improvement and gives peace of mind that you never have to worry about mold/water damage. Single A/C kept us cool on the hottest summer days. This trailer has performed amazing since day 1. It’s never needed any major warranty work. Factory warranty will immediately transfer to new owners. Always parked in covered storage.
