This has composite flooring, 12v fridge, tankless water heater, 2 20 lb propane tanks, and 90w solar. There are 2 batteries that can power the lights and fans whithout connecting to electricity. Everything is in good shape. Comes with everything needed to camp right away including dishes, pots and pans, power cable, hose for fresh water, drain pipe. There are covers for the cushions at the dinette. The fans have covers so they can stay open even in the rain. we are only selling because we have outgrown it.
