I am not going to list all the unique features of the Basecamp 20 X because if you are looking at this, you already know about the solar panels, 12 volt pump, propane and electric heat, electric air conditioning, refrigerator can run on batteries, propane, or electricity from plug in, and more. I recently purchased the mattress topper, sheets, (still in box) and teak shower base. All brand new. Willing to consider less.
