Bedroom ceiling has a skylight and pull over shade. Main living space has abundant storage both over and under the kitchen sink. Additional storage (both shelf and hanging) can be found in the built-in cabinet across the kitchen sink. Cabinetry also encloses a mini refrigerator (included) and hook up for microwave (not included) if desired. Kitchenette is designed with walnut cabinets, Corian countertops, stainless steel sink and black matte faucet. LED light fixtures throughout the unit., both ceiling and pendant fixtures. The spa style bathroom has a walk in shower with a fixed glass shower panel and Italian carrara gray marble walls. Black matte shower head and shelf to house your bath amenities. Unit has electrical air conditioning and heat. Overall low maintenance and easy intuitive operations. Unit needs to be connected to sewer/water/elec.

Note: Unit does not include any fresh/gray/black water tanks or propane appliances. Converting the unit to a travel trailer or off grid unit is possible at the buyers expense.
