We’re selling a practically new 2023 Globetrotter 30RB/Twin. It’s the Airstream Globetrotter we all love, but much, much better.
After taking delivery of our trailer in mid-June of 2023, we sent it off to have improvements made to the trailer that have culminated in this Globetrotter being much more livable and practical for it’s travelers.
This Globetrotter trailer came with these options and upgrades from the factory:
1. Dark Walnut with Dublin Slate Decor
2. Twin Beds
3. Convection Microwave oven
4. 300 Watt Solar Charging System
Now below are listed the custom improvements of this Globetrotter that make this trailer truly unique and exceptional:
1. A 50 AMP power cord reel replaces the original cord-set; eliminating the typical frustration associated with coiling a heavy cord-set by hand
2. A 30 AMP power inlet/receptacle has been installed at the front of the trailer allowing a generator to power the trailer while traveling; more specifically you can can operate the trailer AC while traveling, eliminating the long wait to cool down the trailer when your destination is reached.
3. A fresh water hose reel has been installed, eliminating the need for the cumbersome hand-coiled water hose. The water hose reel is internally connected to the trailer water system eliminating the need for the side-mounted city water port.
4. The fresh water gravity fill port, impractically located on the door side of the trailer has been eliminated. The fresh water tank can now be filled through the new fresh water hose reel located on the service side of the trailer. A fill valve located inside the trailer and integrated seamlessly with the trailer water system allows the user to simply turn the valve on to fill the water tank.
5. The exterior battery case is now lockable. A keyed cam lock has replaced the factory thumb cam lock.
6. A power disconnect switch has been installed inside the exterior battery case, allowing the user to disconnect power to the tongue jack.
7. A Black and Decker central vacuum system with retractable hose has been installed. Simply put, it’s the most convenient way to keep this tiny space clean.
8. A Bosch 7 gallon electric water heater has been installed to eliminate a common flaw of on-demand RV water heaters called porpoising; the fluctuation of water temperature. This Bosch water heater can be used on its own, in conjunction with the OEM on-demand water heater, or turned off and only the factory water heater is used.
9. The dining/galley table has been upgraded. The original table pedestals have been replaced with robust, yacht quality adjustable pedestals, eliminating the wobbly table that is so characteristic of the OEM table.
10. The dining/galley table top has been upgraded with a more colorful laminate, giving the trailer a ‘splash’ of contrasting color.
11. The bathroom counter has been upgraded and a full-size glass vessel sink basin replaces the tiny and awkwardly positioned OEM sink bowl.
12. The OEM tiny bathroom make-up mirror has been relocated to an adjacent wall and a full size, beveled edge, distortion free mirror has taken its place.
13. A hand-held toilet bidet sprayer has been installed adjacent to the toilet for added convenience.
14. An illuminated rocker switch replaces the factory light switch in the bathroom. Eliminated is the frustration of trying to find the bathroom light switch in the dark.
15. A magnetic door catch was installed for the bathroom door, holding the door completely open when desired.
16. 4 folding chrome towel/coat hooks were installed inside the trailer providing a place to hang your towel while showering, a place to hang a dish towel, robe etc.
17. Felt “carpet” was installed on the tops of the bed bases. The felt prevents the mattresses from sliding around and off their respective bases.
18. Functional and decorative bezels were fabricated and installed along the edges of the AC plenum screens. The addition of these bezels has eliminated the distortion found along the edges of the AC screens.
19. The kitchen base cabinet has been redesigned to accommodate the addition of a 35 quart waste bin with lid and mounted on a full extension slide out tray. The OEM tiny waste basket that was located adjacent to the entry door was removed and that cabinet was redesigned and enlarged to accommodate shelves for shoe storage or other items.
20. The factory Globetrotter trailer came equipped with only 2 drawers located in the kitchen base cabinet. We’ve added 13 additional drawers throughout the trailer; eliminating the “what were they thinking” bins that you were expected to use for storage. Because you’re camping in a trailer doesn’t mean it has to be inconvenient.
21. The closet located mid-trailer was eliminated and 4 large drawers were installed in its place. This original mid-trailer closet was so poorly executed by Airstream that it wasn’t even able to accommodate a small to medium sized suitcase.
22. The cabinet above the slide-out pantry had a slide-out tray and electrical outlet installed, making this an ideal location for a coffee maker or other electrical appliance.
Locating your daily use appliances into this cabinet can free up valuable kitchen counter space.
23. All of the new cabinet drawers have chrome push-button locks installed ensuring they stay closed while traveling.
24. Every redesigned cabinet and drawer is professionally finished with the same laminates and matching hardware used by Airstream, blending seamlessly with the existing cabinetry and decor.

We have a clean title in-hand and the exterior of this Globetrotter is in its original factory condition.
We’re selling our trailer unfortunately, because after 4 years of surgery, I’m going to have to have additional surgeries that we didn’t foresee.
Please reach out to me with your questions and interest. Paul
